o phew! it's been more than a month since i've posted. which is odd, because i go on livejournal nearly everyday. umm. new things! i went to england, 21st-28th. it was such a good time, saw megan/met her boyfriend tom, shopped, met my uncle kevin/cousin jack, saw all my family again for the first time in years and years. it was a wonderful family reunion (everyone got together for grandparents 50th anniversary!). i also turned 17 on the 24th and went to theme park called alton towers, with my sisters and tom. went on all the big rollercoasters and had a lot a lot of fun. there was a lot of traffic so it took is a while to get back to lincoln, and then we had to leave to drive with my parents to sheffied right away. we dropped off our stuff and walked down familiar paths to a pub, and ate wonderful food with my family and grandparents. the london scenes were nice and i just enjoyed reading 'the times travelers wife' the whole trip. i broke up with my boyfrann last week because i wasn't feelin it. i feel awkward and annoyed going to work but i do the work and keeping myself busy feels good. as for school, i'm stepping it up because i'm falling behind ish.

we had 2 badass snow falls in the past week but school keeps keepin on.

Friday i worked 4-8 and then marco, jody and troy showed up, but troy pced so my mom drove jody marc and i to marc's house. we hungout in the basement and played checkers. eventually we went to steven dwyer's house. there was about 8 boys and i was the only girl and they all got high besides marc and i. i was a little antisocial but other than that i listened to them sing and play guitar and joined in on some nintendo. i went to sleep around 1:30 and i wasn't looking forward to waking up to work at 10.30. in the morn the guys woke me up at 7.30 and when we all got up the power went out. there was snow eeevvverrywhere and it was sketchy and windy. we ate bread, and made kool aid with snow because the water wasn't working (he's on a pump). at around 10 travis's dad picked him and i up and drove me home, apparently a little after we left they finally got chris's car out of the driveway and celebrated and danced. my dad was still sleeping so i just hungout until him and my neighbour plowed the driveway and i got to work finally at 12, and they didn't mind. i worked until 7 and the last hour and a half was not very good. i got home and drank hot chocolate and ate a lot of clementines and watched the rest of a movie with leanne. breagh came up at 9.30 and we started dying our hair (she wanted to take the pink out and go all blonde again, and i just tried to get the blonde out by dying mine brown - which didn't fully take the blonde out at all) and we watched suze orman and went to mcdonalds and pizzatown at 1am. we went to sleep around 2.30 and woke up around 11.30. breagh and i watched 'love actually' and afterwards she went home. i got a drive up to marc's and hungout in his backyard with him and jody, taking pictures and watching them work on a snowfort. we came inside and ate grilled cheese sandwiches and drank hot chocolate and watched planet earth. marc napped so jody and i just lurked on his computer and then they walked me home around 5ish. i have been attempting to do homework since and i'm not getting very far.

everyone is mad at me.

um, i have a boyfriend! he is really weird but really fun. and english and art is frustrating me. but things are good. friends are lovely. fam's good. lovin' the new jobbbb too, done a lot of photoin' of staff and my co-workers are ruul nice/fun. i'm going to england in 13 days to see the fam - ahhhh so excited. and turning 17 in 16 days! it sounds like i'm bragging or something, but school is usually really annoying. i am happy, so sal good right? no complaining ftw.

things are really good! grade 12 is going to be a complete change in my life.

a) i got the job for the photostudio! so i'd be taking pictures of people, and also workin the lab where i used to develop/edit the film, which i have missed in comparison to being on cash. i start training with everyone else on the 23rd so i'm excitedddd.
b) i take my road test really soon! i'm nervousss and it'd help so much being able to get around by myself.
c) i've got new friendsss! new sackville high ones really, and i'm pretty goood with the friends i'm close with right now.

happppppyyyyy for now.

thursday i should be hanging out with marc and kyle! which is excellent because i haven't seen kyle in a couple of weeks.

i have an interview tomorrow for switching from cashier at superstore to the photo studio we're opening! i don't know if i'll be able to be doing the photoing, but atleast the technical stuff and maybe managin the phone? whoooo knows. but i'm excited!

alsooooo i definately caught something while walking a lot in the rain today. my neck/head/throat hurt quite a lot. i need to sleep. now.

first day of grade 12 today! it was really weird but also really nice without the previous grade 12's. i was really happy and seein' everyone again is good.
i've got oceans with all the guys and kelsey lovell, advanced english with the usualss, sociology with kelsey again, and advanced art with basically everyone ahahha.

after school katy took me up to marc's and jody was there and we chillllled and then jody went home, and marc and i ate pie. then we met up with jesse, steven and chris and they all smoked and we went to marc's basement and watched weird but really funny youtubes and ordered pizza and drank root beer.

i'm thinkin this will be a good year.

the other day i went to alex scott's goin away party and that was fun! bonded with some guys, good times. aaaand sunday i went to matt oake's and the whole party was basically people from sackville high so i made a buncha new friends which was excellenttt, and then 5 of us went to jody's house to drank. my last big thing of the summer really. it was good.

......still not done this advanced english project though.

last night i went to alex scott's going away party. buncha randoms smoking weed that i don't hangout with. but then some millwood guys came over (aka cody hagar/kyle barter "YOU ARE MY BROTHER"/sean mullen/aaron brown). we drank and it was fun but i wasn't that drunk at all. breagh and 2 others walked me home and was home alone all night and stayed up til 4 reading. i still could taste jack daniels which was a quiiiiiiite disgusting taste to stick. breagh came over at 8.30 in the mornin and i wasn't happy because it was the morning and i had to work at 1.30. aw well! i woke around 12ish with the driving school calling and i didn't know i had a lesson today, but he was alright with coming up in 15 minutes and then dropping me off at work. it went well. finally learned how to reverse park, and drove around some possible routes of the test. work was shit, as usual. really really busy, really really stupid customers. now i'm exhausted and tired, and reading/writing like mad.

tomorrow is mama's birthday party/getting kicked out and staying at chewy's and reading all night, i assume. momday is dinner with the fam, and patty english time.

the 23rd i worked in the morn, hungout with brett and jessica. then jessica went to work and brett and i went to the o'sullivan's for tara's birthday. was an alright time, and then left, checked out the work party for about 2 minutes, and then picked jessica up from work.

the 24th i did basically nothing all day and then around 7ish i decided to see what jody was doing and i met up with him, patty and alex at the elementary. and j and geoff met up with us too, so they smoked and i watched and then went home and watched penelope with my sister, which was particularly adorable.

the 25th i went to adamo's house and we watched lost in translation and ate pizza and laughed. by the end of the movie kyle was at nick's about to eat supper with his family so we thought we'd walk his dog cassie and take some photos. his camera was lacking a battery, so we decided to go to my house and pick up one of my camera's, which my dad successfully installed film into (but after the 5th shot it stopped working, gah). then we went to drop cassie off at his house, and we bumped into brandon and charlie, so we met up with them and kyle and nick at the elementary and threw rocks. some of them smoked, i watched. we then realized cody and others were on the opposite side of the elementary. it was some people i knew and some people i didn't. i played catch with a brad guy and kyle, which was a good time. we then walked off and started the "rope! nope" business. we basically just wandered around, picking up chairs and waiting around for brandon to do laundry. they left to go to halifax and i went to meet up with breagh and jessica. we drove around and went to the dollar store. then jessica dropped breagh and i off, and breagh sleptover. we took photos and made art on eachothers backs, which was really neat. sleep.

today i woke up around 11ish, and showered right away, and then cleaned and watched tv with leanne and breagh. breagh left, and i started cleaning my room which is a complete tip and i was overwhelmed. i started doing my hair, and then marco called me and so leanne drove me up to his house so i chilled with him and chris, lookin at youtubes and eating really cold subs. then we walked to my house and picked up some apples in my backyard and got a picnic blanket. went to g's and picked up some snacks/drinks, and then to the christ cream store for some iced tea (reeeeally gross) but it was a nice place to chill from all the walkin. we then headed up to the graveyard hill and set up a really nice spot. we walked to the woods in the back of the graveyard and they picked blueberries and rasberrries that were sooo good, chris's shirt was stuffed with them. we were getting eaten alive so we walked back to our spot and decided to go to the arcade at the movies, but first we had to stay for supper at marc's. so we got picked up by his mawwmm and had hamburgers, and then decided to catch the bus, but when we were waitin bengi and jesse passed us and stopped while smokin some weeed. we were pumped to get a ride and i was just inbetween 4 boys smokin, which felt quite odd. we went and got some glow sticks at the dollar store (mason is getting tired of me being there ha) to make stars later. first we played at the arcade and it was really funny that i was spending some time in an arcade with stoners, and i was so close to beating bengi in a race, and chris beat me 7-6 in air hockey. i rode shotgun back to marco's, and we went downstairs and cut up the glow sticks, covered our eyes, and flung the glowy juuuuice everywhere around the room, and then turned off the lights. i was smart enough to put my hands in a big puddle of glowing, and cut myself with the glass a few times hahhh. it was actually amazing, everyone had already seen it before but it was like chillin in space, while listening to boards of canada/m83/the beatles. jesse and i walked home and i am now here examining my hand cuts.

soon enough i'll have photos of my summer.

tomorrow: orthodontist at 2:20, shopping with leanne, work at 6:30
thursday: i have plans. i just forget them.
friday: work, advanced english.
saturday: work, advanced english, something else? i don't knowwww
sunday: supposed to go to a show with noah, but i just decided to cancel. need to get advanced english shiz done with patty (it's due the first day of school, the third)
monday: mom's birthday, probably going out for dinner, don't know if i'm workin
tuesday: probably mad working on advanced english. or celebrating last day of summer.
wednesday: first day of grade twelve. bazzzzinnnnggg

and there's a party on the 12th which i'm absolutely downnnn for cause i never really went to a party this summer.

oh, and i did not go to beach. i did drink on 2 different occasions though, but never got drunk. wooo!

if you read all this, gooooooood job. there are probably a lot of spelling and grammar errors that i'd like to ignore for now.

oh how i looooove the breagh.
tomorrow: i will probably walk around or decide to do something productive/neat, work 6-10, andrea will be pickin me up and then we'll watch movies and she'll sleepover, which will be excellent. i've missed nice little movie nights.
wednesday: jackie corbin is the only plan, but that's not official yet!
thursday: up early, leaving for upper clements! in the car with andrea/marc/jody. i'm reallllyy excited and we might be camping over night somewhere

last night was really nice. andrea marc and i went to millwood elementary and lit off roman candles and it was so so pretty, but we all burnt our faces somehow. we went to the graveyard hill and put on the new sigur ros album and just listened and sat in her car. i stuck my feet out the window and napped a little.

but my mind always goes back to my god damn english project.

tuesday

hungout with katy oakley! i got mint soft serve which was SO GOOD. we visited marc at long dragon who was just getting off and planning to go to sobeys to get ice cream for andrea who got her wisdom teeth removed, so we hitched a ride with his mom. i bought a HUGE bag of mints which i love love love, marco left and katy and i went to subway. we then sat on a hill on sackville drive and talked and then decided to go to the library. we just walked around, and went into the kid's section to chill on the bean bags, and then was interrupted by a little girl who was singing loudly by herself, so we left. i've always wanted to hangout on the field behind the library, so we went and it was wet and squishy on my feet so we left. we decided to go to a movie in an hour so in the mean time we hungout at staples. then we saw stepbrothers which was a'ight. and my dad picked us up (my mom packed an overnight bag for me, howww cute) and dropped us off at katy's. i met her 15 year old brother who was on house arrest who liked to pop into her room every 2 minutes! we put on tlc and watched a documentary on the teenage girl(s?) with two heads. we then decided to go to matt durnford's house which was across the street. we went for a walk, and up by the junior high we saw a hooded figure slowly walking towards us so obviously we ran like mad (him/her was sketchy as fuck, and walked in the shadows o0o0). we walked to downsview and when we didn't see any cars we'd lie down in the middle of the street for .3 seconds while matt yelled SUICIDE!! 911!!!! we yelled things at cars to be obnoxious and walked to sobeys (open 24/7 woo) and i got to drive one of those motercart things!! which i was really happy about, but it was very difficult to reverse park. we eventually went home around 1:30. by then katy and i were EXHAUSTED and i had a wonderful sleep.

wednesday

i worked 6-10. that's it.

today

i got paid 90 something dollars! WHAT. that sucks. i had plans to go hangout with camille in halifax (ohhh do i love her) but i had nobody to go halifax with and i'm awful with the bus schedule/streets of the city. i had plans with jessica but she hungout with brittany. so i made a card for marc which wasn't one of the BEST i made him but he was happy with that and my kanye-like red sunglasses. i only got to see him/jesse/chris for about 5 minutes though, because bengi's truck wouldn't have fit me in it. so i went home and now my whole family is at the movies and i am home alone for 2 more hours. what a pissin' awful day off. although i should be going to upper clements the 14th. hopefully marc will convince andrea to drive if both me and him pitch in gas which i would be happy to do.

i am so incredibly DONE with the rain.

3. go to the beach! perhaps with friends, for once?
